ICTSI Adopts 5 Hectares in the Marikina Watershed
ICTSI and ICTSI Foundation, Inc. adopted 3 hectares of fruit-bearing trees in Brgy. Calawis, Antipolo City and 2 hectares of native trees for Mt. Purro.
Last July 16, 70 employees planted a total of 1,875 seedlings. Partner-organization Tulungan sa Kabuhayan ng Calawis, Inc. (TSKC) will plant the additional 1,250 native trees in the upper portions of Mt. Purro.
The grant provided will ensure the maintenance of the planting sites for the next 3 years.

7-Eleven Plants 711 Trees in the Marikina Watershed
As part of the celebration of the company's 7-Eleven Day worldwide, country licensee, Philippine Seven Corporation and its corporate social responsibility arm, PhilSeven Foundation, launched the Go Green Initiative "Hike.Plant.Save"to support PBSP's efforts in the Marikina Watershed.
The volunteers planted 711 fruit-bearing trees in Brgy. Calawis, Antipolo City, benefiting farmers organization Tulungan sa Kabuhayan ng Calawis, Inc. (TSKC).
This activity also signaled the start of tree-planting activities in the PBSP-adopted sites in the Marikina Watershed.
