ATM: Over 100 representatives from government, private sector, academe, and civil society gather today in Makati City for a learning event that aims to help 10 million smallholder farmers increase yields and net income by 2020.
The event dubbed, "Getting to Scale: Creating Enabling Environments for Smallholder Farmers and Businesses to Grow" is organized by Grow Asia and PBSP, secretariat of the Philippines Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (PPSA).
