Last January 23, the Luzon Regional Committee held its meeting in Maria Luisa Restaurant at the Makati Garden Club.
The committee meeting was presided by its Chairman, Mr. Jose Antonio Banson with the following members present: Ms Malu Erni of Petron, Ms Isabel Cu of Yutivo Corp., Ms Sachi Nadal-Reyes of Flying V, Mr Edwin Umali of Mabuhay Vinyl Corp. and Mr Johnson Ongking of Boysen
Luzon Regional Center Manager, Ms. Kristine Rivadelo, presented to the members some notes on the newly-approved Manual of Corporate Governance, accomplishments for FY 2012-2013, the targets for FY 2013-2014 and the updates on PBSP's STEP UP activities. CSDM Director Ms Jazmin Gutierrez gave a briefing on what PBSP is currently doing to assist efforts in rebuilding communities affected by Typhoon Haiyan. Relationship Manager Ms Vicky Co presented the programme for the upcoming 43rd PBSP Annual Membership Meeting. Executive Director Mr Rafael Lopa was also present to provide guidance to the day's discussions.
The Luzon Regional Committee is mandated to provide oversight and direction to programs and projects being implemented in Luzon.
